Manage overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, check-out funnel, promotional campaigns, and work on the landing page SKUs based on what categories customers are searching for on the web.Direct integrated campaigns to increase conversion rates for the traffic visiting the site, reduce bounce rates, and improve ATV’s & basket size.Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to work on spends & marketing budgets to drive traffic to the website through calendar events.Define an event calendar to help category managers develop a markdown plan & discounting offers in collaboration with retail.Expand the marketplace by onboarding more vendors to maintain product level expansion on the website.Ensure site hygiene during promo periods and optimize landing, category, & product pages for efficacy.Oversee client satisfaction (Marketplace), address potential issues on the platform, covering shipping, delivery, & payments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
