Echo Technician

DescriptionMicah Solutions FZE is on the lookout for a skilled Echo Technician to join our medical team. This role you will be vital in supporting the cardiovascular department by conducting echocardiograms and contributing to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart conditions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of echocardiographic techniques and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and maintaining echocardiography equipment for diagnostic procedures.Performing high quality echocardiograms including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography.Ensuring that all images and data are of the highest quality for accurate diagnoses.Supporting cardiologists in interpreting the results and discussing findings with patients.Documenting patient information and procedure outcomes in accordance with medical protocols.Educating patients about the echocardiogram procedure and ensuring a comfortable experience.RequirementsQualifications and Requirements:Proven experience as an Echo Technician or in a similar role.DHA License is MandatoryIndepth knowledge and proficiency in echocardiography techniques.Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in echocardiography (e.g. ARDMS CCI).Familiarity with advanced imaging technologies and software.BenefitsExperience the DifferenceWe offer a competitive compensation package and a supportive work environment.
