You will have the chance to join one of our key lines: Financial Lines, Casualty or Energy.In addition to the training on the job you will participate in the AIG Academy, a two-year structured development program designed to support and accelerate your strengths and interests. To help you succeed we make sure you receive above-average remuneration regardless of your degree. You will be accompanied by a mentor and you will have the chance to participate in global workshops, master classes as well as networking events to get to know colleagues from AIG worldwide.
