You will also undertake projects allowing you to build leadership and functional skills.ResponsibilitiesWorking on diverse assignments in manufacturing sourcing and materials management logistics quality and process improvement HSE and services operationsParticipating in structured career development receiving coaching and mentoring and on‑the‑job learning to create opportunities for career accelerationAttending a significant supply‑chain training curriculum including certification in LEAN Six Sigma APICS and Supply Chain processesNetworking globally and cross‑functionally leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leadersSolving critical business challenges through cross‑functional mission‑based teamsFuel your passionQualificationsHave a Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Supply Chain or equivalent from an accredited universityHave a maximum of three years work experience post‑degreeBe a UAE National and able to travel internationallyBe legally entitled to work in the country you’re applying in without company sponsorship or time restrictionHave a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 or equivalentGraduated from your Bachelors degree within the last 36 monthsBe fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic and have effective communication skillsBe geographically mobile (locations vary)Demonstrate experience and a passion for supply chain operationsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for this role.
