EA to CEO Job DescriptionMarcilly Recruitment’s client is a global consultancy with assets exceeding $1 billion, working with clients from the public and private sector across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. They make investments in businesses and execute innovative strategies to enhance global growth for their portfolio companies and clients. This includes working with best‑in‑class investment firms, family offices, companies, and sovereign wealth funds.Our high‑calibre client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The EA to CEO role requires someone who can manage complex schedules, anticipate needs, and ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations for executives in a fast‑paced environment with constantly changing priorities.This position will be reporting directly to the CEO and their Chief of Staff, working across international time zones and their global offices.Salary: AED 20K – AED 25KBenefits: health insurance, visa, hybrid workingHours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 – flexibility needed out of hoursLocation: Dubai – DIFCStart date: ideally ASAP but happy to wait a notice periodThis is a very demanding and high‑level EA to CEO role, but the exposure and remit is extremely rewarding.The successful EA to CEO must be living in the UAE already with at least one year of experience working in the region (GCC).EA to CEO Key ResponsibilitiesManage senior executives’ calendars, appointments, and meetings, including prioritising and adjusting plans at short notice.Prepare and organise materials for meetings: agendas, briefing documents, presentations, and follow‑ups.Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives with professionalism and discretion.Handle travel arrangements, including multi‑leg international itineraries, hotels, transport, and logistics.Act as a central point of contact for executives, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams, clients, and external partners.Track action items and ensure executives are briefed on priorities and deadlines.Maintain confidentiality and exercise strong judgment in all matters.EA to CEO Key AttributesProven experience supporting C‑level or senior executives.Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and professional.Highly proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to work independently.Comfortable managing last‑minute changes and shifting priorities.High level of discretion and trustworthiness.EA to CEO Key RequirementsThe successful EA to CEO must have at least four years working as an assistant in a fast‑paced environment.At least one year of experience working in the GCC.Calm under pressure and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.Detail‑oriented, efficient, and highly reliable.Professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills.Able to prioritise tasks effectively and anticipate executive needs.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Excellent oral and written communication abilities; both one‑to‑one and one‑to‑many.Ability to communicate with high‑level groups of businesspeople, policymakers, investors, innovators, and academics on behalf of the CEO.Marcilly Recruitment’s client is a very lean and dynamic team, so they are seeking an EA to CEO with an attitude of “no job is too small” which will ensure there are rewarding experiences and outcomes.Marcilly Recruitment is a boutique, London and Dubai based recruitment firm who specialise in business administrative support and private household recruitment in the UK and Middle East.#J-18808-Ljbffr
