E-Learning Systems Administrator

As an E-Learning Systems Administrator at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for the management and support of our e-learning platforms and systems. Your primary duties will include the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of e-learning software and applications. You will ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for all users by providing technical support, managing content, and collaborating with instructional designers to enhance the delivery of educational material.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain e-learning management systems, ensuring high availability and performance.Assist with the installation and configuration of e-learning software applications and related tools.Provide technical support and training to instructors and learners on the use of e-learning platforms.Manage online course creation, content upload, and user access permissions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-learning systems.Collaborate with instructional designers to implement updates and enhancements to the e-learning content and systems.Monitor system usage and analyze performance data to optimize e-learning delivery.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional technologies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in administering e-learning systems or similar platforms.Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.Experience with content authoring tools and multimedia software.Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with instructional design principles and practices is a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards for e-learning content.Experience with analytics tools to track e-learning effectiveness and user engagement.Certifications related to e-learning or instructional design are a bonus.Proactive approach to staying informed on emerging trends in e-learning technology.Why Join UsOpportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
