E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist

Müller's Solutions is on the lookout for a detail-oriented E‑Learning Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our e‑learning products, helping to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. Collaborating closely with our instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts, you will evaluate the usability, functionality, and overall quality of our e‑learning content.Key ResponsibilitiesThoroughly review e‑learning modules for accuracy and alignment with established learning objectives.Conduct usability testing and provide feedback on the learner experience, ensuring it is intuitive and seamless.Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies in e‑learning content.Work alongside instructional designers to improve content based on testing and feedback.Perform compatibility checks across various devices, browsers, and learning management systems (LMS).Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and protocols for e‑learning development.Offer training and support to team members regarding quality assurance processes.Stay updated on the latest trends in e‑learning and quality assurance methodologies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related area.At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or testing within the e‑learning or digital education sector.Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards.Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning strategies.Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.Experience with user experience (UX) testing is an added advantage.Why Join UsOpportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
