E&I Supervisor HVAC

1. Supervision & CoordinationLead and manage a team of E&I technicians and electricians.Assign tasks monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship.Coordinate with other departments (mechanical operations HSE etc.) for smooth execution of tasks.2. Installation & MaintenanceOversee the installation testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.Ensure proper maintenance of electrical panels motors transformers control systems and field instruments.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation faults to minimize downtime.3. Permit to Work (PTW) & Safety ComplianceEnsure all E&I work is performed under the Permit to Work (PTW) system.Adhere to HSE policies and industry safety standards (OSHA NFPA IEC ATEX etc.).Conduct safety toolbox talks and enforce PPE compliance among team members.4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain records of work performed test reports and material usage.Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with project managers.Ensure compliance with electrical drawings P&IDs loop diagrams and as-built documentation.5. Troubleshooting & OptimizationIdentify and resolve operational inefficiencies in electrical and instrumentation systems.Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.Qualifications : Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.Experience: 5 years in oil & gas (E&I supervision).Certifications: PTW certification CompEx (for hazardous areas) H2S Awareness and First Aid (preferred).Skills: Strong knowledge of PLCs SCADA DCS and field instrumentation.Additional Information : Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth understanding of oil & gas electrical and instrumentation systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs.
