Build the online channel properly from day oneJoud Coffee is looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead the launch and growth of our e-commerce website as a serious commercial channel.This role is for someone who understands that a strong online store is not just about keeping a website updated. It is about building a channel that sells well, feels premium, reflects the brand properly, and works seamlessly across product, marketing, operations, fulfilment, and customer experience.You will own the day-to-day performance of the website, from product launches and merchandising to promotions, conversion, retention, reporting, and executional follow-through. You will help shape how Joud Coffee shows up online and how that experience translates into revenue, repeat purchase, and brand trust.This is a hands‑on ownership role for someone who combines commercial instinct, digital fluency, operational discipline, and strong attention to detail.What you’ll ownLead the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website as a live trading channelPlan and execute online product launches, bundles, campaigns, gifting moments, and seasonal offersManage product listings, collections, pricing, descriptions, imagery, landing pages, and homepage updatesMaintain a premium, accurate, and commercially strong online presentation at all timesImprove key performance metrics including conversion, average order value, and repeat purchaseCoordinate CRM and lifecycle activity including key email flows and retention touchpointsWork closely with operations, inventory, finance, customer support, and marketing to ensure smooth executionProduce clear, actionable reporting and use performance data to drive decisions and improvementsCoordinate with external developers, agencies, and platform partners where neededWhat we’re looking for4–7 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital trading, or DTC brand managementProven experience managing an e-commerce website for a consumer-facing brandStrong understanding of digital merchandising, promotions, conversion, CRM, and customer journey optimizationCommercially minded, numerate, and confident using data to guide actionHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong in executionAble to move comfortably between strategy and day‑to‑day deliveryStrong cross‑functional coordination skills and a clear sense of ownershipExperience in food and beverage, premium retail, lifestyle, gifting, or consumer brands is preferredPreferred platform experienceShopify or comparable e-commerce platformsGA4 / Google AnalyticsKlaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar CRM toolsBasic SEO and landing page best practicesExperience working with external web developers or digital agenciesWhy this role mattersE-commerce is an important next growth channel for Joud Coffee.
