As we expand our online presence, we are looking for a talented individual to join our E-commerce Team and help drive sales across leading online marketplaces.Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and skilled Online Sales Executive with experience managing sales on Amazon, Noon, Carrefour and similar e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in Photoshop to create and enhance high-quality product images that increase conversions.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, Carrefour and other marketplaces.Create and edit product images using Photoshop.Develop and implement effective online sales strategies.Conduct market and competitor research.Monitor sales performance and generate reports.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.Coordinate inventory, pricing strategies, and promotions.Prepare customer orders and coordinate with the delivery (DA) agent for dispatch.Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and timely handover of shipments.Check returned items carefully and verify their condition.Handle return claims and raise disputes with the marketplace if there are issues such as damaged, missing, or incorrect products.Qualifications:Proven experience in online sales on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Flipkart, Lazada, Shopee & Photoshop).Proficiency in Photoshop for product image editing.Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and marketplace advertising.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Good communication.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
