Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O Techno-Functional Consultant- WarehouseJob Type: ContractualJob Location: Onsite, DubaiRole OverviewThe D365 Finance & Operations Techno‑Functional Consultant will lead the redesign and implementation of warehouse, inventory, and store operations using Advanced WMS, D365 Commerce POS, and Power Apps‑based PDA solutions. The role focuses on improving inventory accuracy, eliminating manual processes in WH and store, and ensuring system‑driven replenishment (Pick Face replenishment and WH to Store replenishment). The consultant will ensure accurate warehouse and store inventory positions to support correct valuation and COGS, while enforcing SOD, DOA, and access controls.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations & Advanced WMSOptimize picking, put‑away, replenishment, and wave processes using Advanced WMS.Resolve issues with reservation logic, work creation, and pick execution.Automatic Replenishment to Pick LocationsDesign and implement min/max and demand‑based replenishment.Enable monitoring of replenishment exceptions and shortages.Store Receiving & Proof of DeliveryImplement system‑based store receiving using D365 Commerce POS and Power Apps PDA scanning.Eliminate blind receipts posted by warehouse teams.Introduce exception handling for short/over receipts.Store Replenishment ModelReplace manual store requests with inventory‑driven replenishment rules.Improve reservation timing to balance service levels and warehouse availability.Inventory Write‑off & Accuracy ControlsRedesign inventory adjustment and write‑off processes with workflows and approvals.Implement cycle counting and reconciliation controls.Governance – SOD / DOA / AccessRestrict access to inventory posting and write‑off functions.Enforce maker‑checker and approval thresholds.DeliverablesTo‑Be warehouse and store operating modelAutomated replenishment and store receivingInventory accuracy and shrinkage reduction controlsSOPs and trainingRequired Experience and Skills10+ years of D365 F&O supply chain experience – Techno FunctionalStrong Advanced WMS, inventory, and store operations knowledgeExperience with D365 Commerce POS and Power AppsStrong Domain Experience required on Warehouse, Inventory and Store Operations#J-18808-Ljbffr
