Job Description

<p>We are seeking an experienced<strong>CRM Technology Delivery Manager</strong>with expert‑level knowledge of<strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM</strong>to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of CRM solutions. The role requires a strong<strong>techno‑functional profile</strong>, combining deep technical expertise with the ability to manage stakeholders, drive delivery excellence, and lead cross‑functional teams.</p><p>The ideal candidate will also have proven hands‑on experience with the<strong>Microsoft Power Platform</strong>, including<strong>Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI</strong>, and a strong background in managing CRM implementations and enhancements.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in a techno‑functional capacity</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams</li><li>Provide technical leadership and guidance on Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)</li><li>Oversee and mentor a techno‑functional team, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to best practices</li><li>Ensure CRM solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and performance requirements</li><li>Manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and optimization of CRM and Power Platform solutions</li></ul><p>Required Skills&Experience</p><ul><li>Expert‑level experience with<strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM</strong></li><li>Strong hands‑on expertise in<strong>Microsoft Power Platform</strong>(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)</li><li>Proven experience leading and managing<strong>techno‑functional teams</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, and data management</li><li>Experience working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are highly preferred</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
