Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our supply chain function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating across multiple teams to ensure smooth operations. The Supply Chain Coordinator will provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager, ensuring efficient logistics, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination between vendors, transporters, and internal teams. Monitor shipping and delivery activitiesCoordinate daily operational tasks with Admin and Operations teamsTrack sales orders from invoicing to final delivery to ensure full accuracyAct as the main point of contact for transporters and shipping agentsMonitor performance and escalate service issuesSupport performance evaluation of logistics partnersPrepare and issue Purchase Orders based on demandCoordinate with suppliers and confirm delivery schedulesTrack inventory levels in collaboration with the commercial teamManage import orders and ensure accuracy of shipping documentationMonitor stock levels to avoid shortagesEnsure compliance with MOH regulatory requirementsMaintain audit-ready documentation for all transactionsSupport updating process documentation and proceduresProvide backup support for key operational roles when needed
