<div><h3>Duty Manager</h3><p>Join our Front Office leadership team as a Duty Manager, responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, leading the Front Office team, and maintaining smooth daily operations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Work on the Front Desk as needed and act as Manager on Duty during shifts.</li><li>Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely service recovery.</li><li>Lead, support, and train Front Office team members to maintain high service standards.</li><li>Communicate updates on policies, rates, and property information clearly to the team.</li><li>Ensure all team members follow hotel policies, procedures, and service expectations.</li><li>Drive up-sells as part of Hotel revenue management culture.</li><li>Motivate and empower team members to problem solve and surprise guests with heartfelt moments.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>12 months of relevant work experience.</li><li>Minimum three years’ experience in the hospitality industry.</li><li>Valid First Aid Certificate.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.</li><li>Proven ability to act independently on all matters relating to team and guest safety and wellbeing in the absence of senior management.</li><li>Strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera PMS.</li><li>Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication – both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster.</li><li>Ability to lead by example and create a positive, team‑oriented work culture.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Saudi Nationals only.</p><p>Remote Location</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
