Duty Engineer (Turkish)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Duty Engineer (Turkish) to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical systems within our facility while providing technical support in both Turkish and English languages.Monitor and maintain facility systems equipment and infrastructureRespond promptly to emergency situations and implement appropriate solutionsConduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot and diagnose technical issues across various engineering disciplinesPrepare and maintain accurate documentation reports and logs in both Turkish and EnglishCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and safetyEnsure compliance with local engineering standards and regulations in the UAEProvide technical guidance and support to other team membersParticipate in training programs and stay updated on industry best practicesQualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or related field)Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar engineering roleFluency in Turkish language (speaking reading and writing)Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practicesProficiency in relevant engineering software and toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skills in both Turkish and EnglishExperience in handling emergency situations and critical systemsFamiliarity with safety protocols and proceduresKnowledge of local engineering standards and regulations in the UAERelevant engineering certifications (e.g. Professional Engineer certification) preferredAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAdditional InformationYour team and working environmentRixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort; where exclusivity and luxury define every experience every time.
