Dubai Site Quantity Surveyor: Cost & Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor Site to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction projects you will be responsible for managing costs contracts and financial aspects of our sitebased operations.Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects considering materials labor and equipmentConduct onsite measurements and quantity takeoffs to ensure precision in cost calculationsAnalyze contract documents drawings and specifications to identify potential cost implicationsManage contract administration including change orders variations and claimsPrepare and review interim and final payment applicationsCollaborate with project managers contractors and suppliers to optimize project costsMonitor project budgets and forecast cash flow requirementsPrepare regular cost reports and financial statements for management reviewAssist in the resolution of contractual and financial disputesEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in DubaiQualifications :Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or related fieldMinimum 35 years of experience in sitebased quantity surveyingProficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g. CostX Buildsoft)Strong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteIndepth knowledge of construction methods and materialsExperience in cost estimation contract administration and project managementUnderstanding of local building codes and regulations in DubaiFamiliarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction lawsAbility to work efficiently in a fastpaced construction environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWillingness to work onsite and travel as requiredRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Fulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
