You will focus on the resale of residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through smooth transactions, and connecting buyers with the best investment opportunities in Dubai's secondary market.ResponsibilitiesHandle resale listings, including Residential, plots, villas & townhouses across DubaiProspect, source, and secure new resale listings and property ownersConduct property valuations, market analysis, and pricing strategies for resale propertiesBuild strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlordsArrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closuresStay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, communities, and regulatory requirementsManage CRM entries, maintain accurate client records, and follow up on all leadsCollaborate closely with the sales manager and team to achieve monthly targetsRepresent the company professionally and uphold high-quality service standardsRequirementsMinimum 2-3 years of resale/secondary market experience in Dubai real estateStrong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale proceduresExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsProven track record in closing resale dealsMust be currently based in DubaiRERA certification (or willingness to obtain)Valid UAE driving license requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platformsLanguagesMandatory: EnglishPreferred: Arabic, Turkish, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, French, Chinese, Romanian, Polish, NorwegianBenefitsDaily Fresh LeadsPersonalized marketing campaigns, Kiosk, roadshows & personal branding supportCompetitive Commission StructureBonus / Rewards for Top PerformersVisa - Emirates ID - Medical Insurance - Rera LicenseCRM, Geniemap, Property Monitor, Property Finder, Bayut, DubizzleMarketing support, Including Videography and photographyProfessional Training - Internal Trainer and Developers BriefingCareer Growth & Progression#J-18808-Ljbffr
