Dubai Projects & Construction Associate - Infra & Energy

We are currently working with a leading international law firm looking to hire a Projects & Construction Associate Solicitor into its Dubai office.The team advises on high-value infrastructure, energy and development projects across the Middle East and offers strong exposure to complex, cross-border work.A broad role with involvement across the full lifecycle of major projects, working closely with an established and well-regarded team.• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (EPC, EPCM and standard forms)• Advising on project structuring, procurement and delivery models• Supporting on project finance transactions alongside finance teams• Managing risk allocation and contractual issues• Advising on claims, variations and dispute avoidance• Working with developers, contractors, sponsors and government entities• Background from a leading international or top-tier regional firmConstruction and/or projects workInfrastructure or energy matters• Familiarity with FIDIC or equivalent standard form contracts• Strong drafting ability and a commercial, client-facing approachMiddle East experience is beneficial but not essential.• Exposure to major regional infrastructure and energy projects• Strong pipeline driven by UAE and KSA investment activity• Opportunity to work within a high-performing international team• Clear progression and long-term career path• Competitive tax-free salary• Bonus and full benefits package• Relocation support where applicableIf of interest, or to discuss the market more broadly, feel free to reach out for a confidential discussion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
