Dubai Projects&Construction Associate - Infra&Energy

<p>We are currently working with a<strong>leading international law firm</strong>looking to hire a<strong>Projects&Construction Associate</strong>Solicitor into its Dubai office.</p><p>The team advises on<strong>high-value infrastructure, energy and development projects</strong>across the Middle East and offers strong exposure to complex, cross-border work.</p><p>A broad role with involvement across the<strong>full lifecycle of major projects</strong>, working closely with an established and well-regarded team.</p><p>• Drafting and negotiating<strong>construction contracts</strong>(EPC, EPCM and standard forms)</p><p>• Advising on<strong>project structuring, procurement and delivery models</strong></p><p>• Supporting on<strong>project finance transactions</strong>alongside finance teams</p><p>• Managing<strong>risk allocation and contractual issues</strong></p><p>• Advising on<strong>claims, variations and dispute avoidance</strong></p><p>• Working with<strong>developers, contractors, sponsors and government entities</strong></p><p>• Background from a<strong>leading international or top-tier regional firm</strong></p><ul><li>Construction and/or projects work</li><li>Infrastructure or energy matters</li></ul><p>• Familiarity with<strong>FIDIC or equivalent standard form contracts</strong></p><p>• Strong drafting ability and a<strong>commercial, client-facing approach</strong></p><p>Middle East experience is beneficial but not essential.</p><p>• Exposure to<strong>major regional infrastructure and energy projects</strong></p><p>• Strong pipeline driven by<strong>UAE and KSA investment activity</strong></p><p>• Opportunity to work within a<strong>high-performing international team</strong></p><p>• Clear progression and long-term career path</p><p>• Competitive<strong>tax-free salary</strong></p><p>• Bonus and full benefits package</p><p>• Relocation support where applicable</p><p>If of interest, or to discuss the market more broadly, feel free to reach out for a confidential discussion.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
