Job Role: SAP SuccessFactors - Data Migration ManagerLocation: Dubai (Onsite)Employment Type: FTC (Full Time Contractor)Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Manager to lead the migration of payroll data from our legacy AS400 IBM payroll system to the cloud-based Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) solution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in payroll data migration, thorough knowledge of developing conversion using SAP BODS and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), with hands-on experience managing multiple payroll instances including production, test, and development environments. He should be having good skills to analyze ETL issues and fix them independently. Should have experience in DATA Migration Project with an end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end payroll data migration from legacy AS400 IBM systems to EC Payroll.Develop, execute, and oversee ETL processes for accurate, timely, and secure data transfer.Work closely with business stakeholders/functional consultants to understand the data migration requirements.Manage mock runs, trial migrations and final cutover migrations.Coordinate data cleansing and enrichment with business stakeholders.Ensure data integrity, implement validation rules, and reconciliation between legacy and target systems.Collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT, and external vendors to align migration requirements and timelines.Troubleshoot data migration issues and provide solutions to minimize impact on payroll operations.Maintain migration documentation, including data mapping, transformation rules, and reconciliation reports.Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements during migration.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in Employee Central Payroll data migration projects.Strong expertise in ETL tools ( SAP BODS), design ETL jobs, data mapping, and transformation processes.Hands-on experience with SAP CPI for payroll integration with Good SAP Successfactors EC knowledge.Familiarity with payroll operations, data structures, and system interfaces.Ability to manage multiple instances and environments (production, test, development).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Experience in managing teams or coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders is a plus.Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR/Payroll Technology, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
