<p><strong>Role : Associate - Financial Planning and Analysis ( Emarati Talent )</strong></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Dubai, U.A.E.</p><p><strong>Salary</strong>: Excellent salary&benefits for self&family.</p><p>Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. Must have a background in budgeting, management accounting, forecasting and resource allocation and providing financial advice</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.</li><li>Prepare accurate financial forecasts and scenario analyses.</li><li>Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making.</li><li>Deliver annual budgets.</li><li>Deliver the annual budget guidelines and calendar on a timely basis and identify financial risk related to business activities.</li><li>Analyze financial results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variances.</li><li>Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.</li><li>Present financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Educational Background</strong>: a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
