Dubai EdTech Product Lead: AI-Driven Growth&Strategy

<p>Trusity is a skill-tech platform and youth incubator that builds 21st century skills, digital literacy, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship skills in children and youth. We launched the world's first knowledge-grounded multi-agents AI platform to support every child to think like a founder, act like a problem-solver and grow like a future-leader. Catering to students aged 8 to 18 years, Trusity is working towards bridging the skills-gap problem by enabling students to learn, apply, and build solutions to real-world problems, whilst building skills such as problem-solving, critical-thinking, money management, business modeling, collaboration and communication.</p><p>We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Product Manager who will play a key role in developing and driving the overall product strategy, product development and implementation while leading one or more cross functional teams to execute the product vision.</p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Product Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Digital Product Manager will oversee product lifecycle management, define and execute digital strategies, and ensure product alignment with business goals.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for a key product area.</p><p>• Identify and utilize AI and digital tools for content strategy, development, market launch and growth.</p><p>• Lead cross-functional collaboration between academics, technology, business development, growth&marketing teams.</p><p>• Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning, and design of new products.</p><p>• Analyse existing products, user metrics, and unit economics to propose initiatives and solutions that drive user satisfaction and revenue.</p><p>• Define and analyse product KPIs to make informed decisions and measure success.</p><p>• Define product requirements for MVPs and new features/enhancements.</p><p>• Help drive our overall product strategy and revenue goals.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong Product Management and Project Management expertise</li><li>Experience in Digital Strategy and formulating innovative approaches for product growth</li><li>Exceptional Communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Robust Analytical Skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions</li><li>Proficiency in Agile methodologies is advantageous</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a relevant field; relevant certifications are a plus</li><li>Previous experience in ed-tech or related industries is preferred</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
