Dubai Compliance & MLRO Lead — VARA & Crypto AML

We are partnering with a growing digital assets firm in Dubai looking to hire a Compliance Officer & MLRO to lead their regulatory and AML function.This is a critical role focused on VARA licensing, regulatory alignment, and ongoing compliance oversight, working directly with senior leadership and regulators.• Proven experience working with VARA regulations (mandatory)• Experience as Compliance Officer / MLRO / Deputy MLRO in crypto, fintech, or financial services• Strong hands-on expertise in AML/CFT, KYC/CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, and STR/SAR reporting• Prior experience dealing with regulators, audits, and licensing processes• This is an onsite role in Dubai• Visa sponsorship is not provided at the initial stage• Candidates must be based in the UAE or able to arrange their own visa initially Salary: Open to discussion (based on experience)#J-18808-Ljbffr
