Dubai Compliance&MLRO Lead — VARA&Crypto AML

<p>We are partnering with a growing digital assets firm in Dubai looking to hire a<strong>Compliance Officer&MLRO</strong>to lead their regulatory and AML function.</p><p>This is a critical role focused on<strong>VARA licensing, regulatory alignment, and ongoing compliance oversight</strong>, working directly with senior leadership and regulators.</p><p>• Proven experience working with<strong>VARA regulations</strong>(mandatory)</p><p>• Experience as Compliance Officer / MLRO / Deputy MLRO in crypto, fintech, or financial services</p><p>• Strong hands-on expertise in AML/CFT, KYC/CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, and STR/SAR reporting</p><p>• Prior experience dealing with regulators, audits, and licensing processes</p><p>• This is an onsite role in Dubai</p><p>• Visa sponsorship is not provided at the initial stage</p><p>• Candidates must be based in the UAE or able to arrange their own visa initially</p><p>💰Salary: Open to discussion (based on experience)</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
