Job Description As a Finance Deal Pricing for IT Services + DS Specialist + Corporate Functions at Accenture, your role involves providing professional financial and commercial leadership for large, complex deals in Europe and Asia Pacific markets. You will be responsible for performing pricing, commercial structuring, and offering comprehensive financial support for Managed Services and Consulting deals. Your key responsibilities include: - Analyzing client budgets, identifying missing information, and proposing action plans for deal approval - Calculating prices and margins using internal pricing tools based on deal shape and commercial parameters - Analyzing financial impact, understanding risks, providing mitigation, and identifying opportunities for clients and stakeholders - Coordinating with tax and legal teams to ensure tax efficiency and legality in various deal scenarios - Presenting financial context to Sales Leads and Finance leads to influence deal shaping and client negotiations - Escalating deals with poor financial metrics and collaborating with teams to improve financial attributes - Contributing to thought leadership and continuous learning in Deal Structuring Your professional and technical skills should include awareness of Corporate Finance strategies, knowledge of accounting for business combinations, experience in Deal Pricing Reviews, innovative thinking, and strong analytical skills. You should also have excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Windows-based software packages.
