As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for safely operating light vehicles to transport personnel, goods, or documents to various locations throughout the city and surrounding areas.Operate light vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all local traffic laws and regulationsTransport personnel, goods, or documents to designated locations in a timely mannerPlan optimal routes using maps, GPS navigation, and knowledge of local road networksPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the appropriate departmentMaintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and any incidents or delaysAssist with loading and unloading of items when necessaryProvide excellent customer service to passengers and clientsEnsure the cleanliness and presentability of the vehicle at all timesAdapt to changes in schedules or routes as neededCommunicate effectively with dispatchers, colleagues, and clientsQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi's road network and traffic regulationsStrong time management and organizational skillsOutstanding communication and customer service abilitiesProficiency in reading maps and using GPS navigation systemsBasic vehicle maintenance knowledgePhysical fitness to handle potential loading/unloading tasksDefensive driving certification (preferred)Previous experience as a light vehicle driver (preferred)Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusFlexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as requiredDetail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and cautionAbility to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situationsGoal-oriented mindset with a commitment to punctuality and efficiency#J-18808-Ljbffr
