Draughtsman - Site Mixed Used Developmemt

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Draughtsman Site for a Mixed Used Development project; to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction project team you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for our mixeduse development projects.Prepare and modify site plans floor plans elevations and sections using CAD softwareCollaborate with architects engineers and project managers to ensure accurate representation of design conceptsReview and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to create detailed construction documentsEnsure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAEConduct site visits to gather information and verify measurementsUpdate and maintain drawing databases and archivesAssist in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetingsCoordinate with other team members to resolve design conflicts and discrepanciesContribute to the development of project specifications and material schedulesStay updated on industry standards new technologies and best practices in drafting and designQualifications :Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 8years of experience as a site draughtsman preferably in mixeduse development projectsProficiency in CAD software particularly AutoCAD and RevitStrong technical drawing and drafting skills with excellent attention to detailIndepth knowledge of building codes and regulations especially those applicable in Dubai and the UAEDemonstrated ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering drawingsSolid understanding of construction methods materials and processesExcellent spatial awareness and 3D visualization skillsExperience working on largescale construction projectsStrong analytical and problemsolving abilitiesEffective communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlinesRelevant technical certifications (e.g. AutoCAD certification) are a plusFamiliarity with mixeduse development concepts and challengesWillingness to conduct occasional site visits as requiredRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Fulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
