Draughtsman - MEP

The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Draughtsman is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for MEP systems using CAD software. The role requires coordination with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accurate and efficient design execution.Drafting & Design:Prepare detailed MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting) as per project requirements.Develop layout drawings, schematics, and sectional views using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.Ensure that drawings comply with industry standards, project specifications, and local regulations.Coordination & Collaboration:Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams for design modifications and approvals.Work closely with structural and architectural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project execution.Update and revise drawings based on design changes or client requirements.Documentation & Compliance:Maintain an organized library of drawings, specifications, and revisions.Ensure that all drawings meet company and regulatory standards.RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other drafting software.Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Familiarity with local building codes and MEP standards.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
