Draftsman

We are currently seeking a Draftsman with specialized experience in designing rails and full bathroom layouts to join our talented team.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed drawings and plans for rails (e.g., stair rails, handrails) and full bathroom designs, ensuring accuracy, compliance with building codes, and client requirements.Prepare architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), including layout, dimensions, materials, and finish details for bathrooms and rails.Coordinate with project teams to ensure that designs are executed according to specifications and make necessary revisions when required.Perform design checks and quality control on drawings to prevent errors and ensure consistency.Assist in site assessments and provide technical support during the construction phase to ensure proper implementation of the drawings.Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design integrity and resolve any potential issues during the construction phase.Ensure compliance with ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) and other relevant accessibility regulations in all ramp and bathroom designs.Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting with a focus on rails and full bathroom designs.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design tools.Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Interested candidates should send their resume to with the subject line \"Draftsman\" or apply through the career page.Application Deadline: 15-02-2025Join us in shaping the future of architecture!
