Draftsman- ICT/ AV & Security system (Based in Amman, Jordan)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically strong Draftsman to join our Building Technology Systems (BTS) team in Amman. In this role, you will support the production of high‑quality technical drawings and documentation for multiple major projects across the Middle East.Based in Amman, Jordan, this role supports our Building Technology Systems team within the Property & Buildings business unit and contributes to a wide range of projects across the Middle East region.Working closely with engineers and project teams, you will play a key role in delivering coordinated, accurate, and compliant design packages covering ICT, ELV, security, and building technology systems. This position provides the opportunity to work on high‑profile developments and contribute to shaping advanced, smart building solutions across the region.ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation, development, and revision of detailed CAD drawings for ICT, AV, ELV, and security system designs.Translate engineering inputs into precise, Tender ready drawings and coordinated design packages.Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, client specifications, and regional authority regulations (e.g. SIRA).Produce schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, layouts, equipment schedules, and pathway coordination drawings.Coordinate closely with design engineers to resolve to maintain multidisciplinary alignment.Maintain drawing logs, version control, and QA/QC documentation in accordance with project requirements.Support site teams by reviewing layouts, cable routes, and installation feasibility when required.QualificationsDiploma or certification in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Electrical/Electronics, or related field.10+ years of experience as a Draftsman within ICT, AV, ELV, or Security system disciplines, preferably on Middle East projects.Expertise in AutoCAD with strong experience preparing ICT/ELV/AV drawings, schematics, and tender documentation.Experience with Revit/BIM, Navisworks, or 3D coordination is a strong advantage.Deep understanding of low‑voltage systems detailing and production including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, PA/BGM, networking, fiber optics, and control systems.Familiarity with required detailing and documentation for authority submissions based regional codes, standards, and authority requirements (UAE, KSA, Qatar).Strong attention to detail, disciplined documentation habits, and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
