<div><h3>Description</h3><p>To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Executive, to drive both innovation and execution in our busy last mile network.</p><h3>Key job responsibilities</h3><p>The Logistics Executive provides on‑ground support to Ops team and Program Team with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity, and will be responsible for account reviews, compliance, capacity reliability, and payments of DSPs. With a mix of operational and program expertise the Logistics Executive works with various stakeholders to support, monitor and drive resolution of operational call‑outs, minimize overall business risk, and maintain the high Amazon quality bar. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details, and foresee data implications. The Logistics Executive is a critical role in the Variable Program team organization, serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders while keeping business objectives in mind. Being organized, acting promptly in notifying off‑operational situations, solving problems, and being detail‑oriented are part of your DNA.</p><p>At the same time, you will be supporting the Program team that works on the back‑end to gather insights and use them to enhance program lifecycle and ensure Amazon standards and partner best experience.</p><h3>Basic Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Excellent English written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills</li><li>2+ years of experience in operations, vendor management related to managing full accounts, determining the root cause(s) for issues, and tracking progress of process initiatives</li><li>Full attention to detail</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><p>The right candidate has strong communication skills, demonstrates a great sense of ownership, leads by example in all areas of performance, and has the ability to develop subject‑matter expertise in all operations processes.</p><p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
