We’re Hiring: Executive – Freight Forwarding Customer Service & OperationsAt DP World Logistics, we don’t just move cargo — we power global trade.We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Freight Forwarding Customer Service & Operations to manage end-to-end freight forwarding activities across Air, Sea, and Road If you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and are passionate about customer excellence, we’d love to hear from you.Your Role:You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of freight forwarding operations while ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery to our customers.Key Responsibilities:Manage import/export shipments (Air, Sea, Road)Act as the primary point of contact for operational shipment mattersProvide prompt and professional responses to customers, overseas agents, and vendorsEnsure accurate billing in line with agreed pricing structuresMaintain detailed and accurate data entry in CargoRunner system (including cost and revenue accruals)Coordinate with customs clearance, carriers, and third-party logistics providersHandle shipment discrepancies, damage/loss claims, and resolution processesOptimize profitability across Air, Sea, and Road freight activitiesBuild strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and vendors to secure competitive market ratesCross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with clearance, warehousing, finance, and commercial teamsParticipate in internal and external logistics training programs to enhance industry knowledgeWhat We’re Looking For:Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding (mid or large-sized forwarding company preferred)Strong knowledge of:Sea-Air TransportationPort operations & import/export processesTechnical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with freight forwarding operational systemsStrong understanding of pricing, cost control, and operational workflowsCore Competencies:Customer-focused mindsetStrong commercial and business acumenExcellent communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple shipments under tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and operational accuracyIf you are ready to take the next step in your freight forwarding career and contribute to a world-class logistics organization, apply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
