Double Backer Operator

BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The Double Backer Operator will oversee bonding finishing and board quality at the double backer stage of the corrugator line.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor double backer section of corrugator (preferably BHS)Control bonding quality temperature, pressure, and glue settingsEnsure proper board alignment, flatness, and moisture controlMonitor production speed and minimize wastageConduct routine machine inspections and minor adjustmentsCoordinate with Single Facer and Dry End teams for smooth workflowMaintain production logs and quality recordsEnsure compliance with safety and housekeeping standardsRequirementsTechnical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalentPrior experience as corrugator operator (BHS preferred)Strong understanding of board bonding and finishing processAbility to troubleshoot process‑related issuesKnowledge of preventive maintenance practicesGood communication and teamwork skillsBenefitsSalary plus benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
