Double Backer Operator

BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The Double Backer Operator will oversee bonding finishing and board quality at the double backer stage of the corrugator line.Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor Double Backer section of corrugator (preferably BHS)- Control bonding quality temperature pressure and glue settings- Ensure proper board alignment flatness and moisture control- Monitor production speed and minimize wastage- Conduct routine machine inspections and minor adjustments- Coordinate with Single Facer and Dry End teams for smooth workflow- Maintain production logs and quality records- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standardsRequirements- Technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent- Prior experience as corrugator operator (BHS preferred)- Strong understanding of board bonding and finishing process- Ability to troubleshoot process-related issues- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices- Good communication and teamwork skillsBenefits- Salary Plus BenefitsRequired Skills:- Technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent - Prior experience as corrugator operator (BHS preferred) - Strong understanding of board bonding and finishing process - Ability to troubleshoot process-related issues - Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices - Good communication and teamwork skills Key Skills Forklift,Calipers,Basic Math,Heavy Equipment Operation,Math,Packaging,Mechanical Knowledge,Paving,Fireworks,Clamp Truck,Excavator,Manufacturing Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 3500 - 3500
