Your expertise in project scheduling, risk identification, and data-driven decision-making will directly impact the timely and high-quality delivery of complex data centre builds.ALEC Data Centre Solutions combines speed, security, and scalability with technical precision - and you’ll be part of a team delivering mission‑critical environments trusted by global tech leaders.About Your TeamYou will work closely with production, design, and QA/QC teams to ensure that all documentation is properly controlled, accessible, and aligned with both project standards and internal procedures. You'll support internal audits, maintain filing systems, and help ensure the seamless flow of information that drives successful project execution.Your RoleAs a Document Controller, you will be responsible for:Data updates like submittal/Records status and keep all registers updated with Document status (Update Current Versions) update all registers.Distributing the submittals from sub-contractors for ALEMCO internal review as per the Document Distribution Matrix.Submitting the project submittals with transmittal cover to the consultant.Scanning and uploading the commented/approved submittals in the project document management system/Server.Preparing files with proper labelling (with traceability of records).Proper file Management & Housekeeping (ISO 9001 Management Protocol - Filing Reliability.Ability to use and operate document management system used (Aconex/Unifier etc.)Saving project documents/records in established Folder structure.Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information on and terms of agreement.Preparing ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.Ensuring to professionally indent all original documents related to the projects such as Construction and drawings, Schematics, Statutory.Maintaining hard copy references and library of all documents and ensure easy retrieval.What We’re Looking ForExperience:Minimum 0–2 years of experience in construction projects.Knowledge & Skills:Document control systems and file managementStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office SuiteAttention to detail and confidentialityBasic understanding of joinery terminology, materials, and workflowFamiliarity with ISO 9001 and quality systemsExperience with QA/QC documentation and inspection toolsAbility to read joinery/architectural drawingsAwareness of HSE standards in a factory environmentWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of KSA most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to elevate your career?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEC Holdings and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellent!Apply today and be part of something excellent!#J-18808-Ljbffr
