About the job DOCUMENT CONTROLLERThe Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling project documentation for onshore oil and gas projects. The role requires a professional with experience in document management systems, engineering documentation, and familiarity with oil and gas project standards.Job ResponsibilitiesReceive, register, and distribute incoming documents in accordance with project document control procedures.Maintain and update engineering documents, drawings, and project files using document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, or similar).Ensure proper version control, filing, and tracking of project documents.Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and submit documentation for approvals.Support the preparation of project reports, transmittals, and document submittals.Ensure compliance with company procedures, client standards, and ADNOC documentation requirements.Assist in audits, inspections, and document retrieval for project needs.Maintain confidentiality and integrity of project records.Key QualificationsDiploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Document Controller in oil and gas projects.Experience working with document control systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, or EDMS.Strong understanding of engineering drawings, project documentation, and revision control.Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Must be immediately available to join.Vertical: ENGINEERING#J-18808-Ljbffr
