Job Description

We are seeking a detail oriented Document Controller to support document management activities for a complex large scale infrastructure programme. The role will ensure accurate control distribution and archiving of project documentation in accordance with established procedures.Key RequirementsMinimum 5years of experience in document control within project or corporate environmentsStrong knowledge of document management processes, version control and filing systemsProficiency in electronic document management systemsExperience with Aconex is preferredHigh attention to detail and organisational skillsExperience supporting infrastructure engineering or construction projects is advantageousMiddle East particularly UAE experience is an advantageKey ResponsibilitiesManage receipt registration, distribution and tracking of project documentsMaintain document control systems in line with project requirementsEnsure proper version control, numbering and filing of documentsCoordinate document submissions between project teams, contractors and stakeholdersMonitor document workflows and follow up on outstanding actionsMaintain archives of project records and correspondenceGenerate document control reports and logs as requiredAdditional InformationDiploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Management or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.About AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
