Document Controller (Al Ain)

DescriptionStantec is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our growing team for a new project in Al Ain.Requisition Number24155BRResponsibilitiesManage and register all incoming and outgoing correspondence, drawings, technical submittals, and project documents.Control, track, and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, site instructions, change orders, and reports.Log, distribute, and archive documents in both physical and electronic formats.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, Resident Engineers, and site staff to ensure accurate and timely document workflow.Maintain document control databases and support general site office administration.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in document management systems within engineering or architectural firms.Graduate in Business or Secretarial Studies.Experience in infrastructure and water recycling projects is an advantage.TAQA-approved or experienced candidates are preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Proficient in English (written and spoken).Solid knowledge of document management processes and related software (MS Office).About StantecWe’re active members of the communities we serve.
