The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s document management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing document workflows.Develop, implement, and maintain document control policies and proceduresManage the organization’s document management system, ensuring proper storage, retrieval, and version control of all documentsCoordinate with various departments to ensure timely document updates and revisionsConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulationsTrain staff on document control procedures and best practicesImplement and oversee quality control processes for all managed documentsAnalyze document workflows and propose improvements to increase efficiencyCollaborate with IT department to maintain and upgrade document management softwarePrepare reports on document control activities and metrics for management reviewEnsure proper archiving and retention of documents in accordance with company policies and legal requirementsWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related fieldPMIS experience is mandatoryMinimum of 15 years of experience in document control, preferably rail projects experience.Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of quality control processes and workflow optimizationExperience with database management and data analysisFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations related to document controlKnowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systemsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProject management experienceCertifications in document management or quality control (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
