Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Division Manager with experience in the interior design industry in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with interior designers, consultants, and contractors, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design, architecture, and construction sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project managers.Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Conduct regular client visits and meetings to present company products and services.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities in the UAE.Work closely with the design, project management, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.Provide clients with product information, technical details, and design solutions when required.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities.Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.Track project progress and ensure timely follow‑up with clients.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)Minimum 3 years of experienceStrong experience dealing with interior designers, consultants, and contractorsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProven track record of achieving sales targe#J-18808-Ljbffr
