District Sales Manager - CD Loan

Job Description We are hiring dynamic candidates for the role of District Sales Manager Consumer Durable Loan . The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of consumer durable finance products through dealer and retail partner networks within the assigned district. The role includes business development, retailer engagement, customer acquisition, and ensuring achievement of monthly sales targets. The candidate will manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand business opportunities and improve loan disbursement volumes. Responsibilities include monitoring market performance, supporting loan documentation, coordinating with internal credit and operations teams, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding. The role also involves identifying new dealer tie-ups, increasing product penetration, training retailer staff, tracking competitor activity, and ensuring high service standards in the assigned territory. Candidate should be comfortable with field travel and target-driven sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Drive consumer durable loan sales in assigned district Manage dealer and retail partner relationships Achieve monthly business targets Generate new business through market expansion Support loan documentation and disbursement process Monitor team / channel performance Conduct retailer visits and market mapping Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality Requirements: Graduate in any discipline Experience in BFSI / NBFC / Consumer Durable Finance preferred Strong dealer network management skills Good communication and negotiation ability Target-oriented and field sales experience required Local market knowledge preferred Salary: 25,000 + Allowance
