District Manager - Retail, Food & Beverage

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced District Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.Duties and responsibilities:Drive and deliver sales performance of assigned stores and recommend and implement cost control methods across all the P&L.Provide staff with coaching, feedback and developmental opportunities to ensure effective teams.Ensure all operational policies are adhered to.Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience managing at least 10 outlets in the Food & Beverage industry within the GCC.Proven success as a District Manager in a branded or multi-unit F&B environment.Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.Energetic, target-driven, and people-focused.Demonstrated success in developing and growing teams, with measurable outcomes.Strong knowledge of P&L management and business KPIs.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).#J-18808-Ljbffr
