Distributor Assistant

<div><h3>Role Purpose</h3><p>The distributor assistant will help deliver and secure products from the company to customers. And maintain fleet clean and hygiene.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Safe handling of products to ensure personal safety as well as product safety and hygiene.</li><li>Loading and unloading products as per instruction received from Driver&coordinator.</li><li>Ensure product right product offloaded and hand overed to customer without damages and safely in good condition.</li><li>Ensure personal appearance as per QA&HSE.</li><li>Always ensure vehicle clean&hygiene.</li><li>Safe handling of hand jack&trolly with tools safety and self-safety.</li><li>Perform any other duties which is assigned by Distribution Coordinator.</li><li>Ensure near misses reporting daily.</li><li>Communicate courteously and professionally with customers and other stakeholders during pickups and deliveries.</li><li>Ensure customer promises to maintain standard and safe while delivery.</li></ul><p>Ensure usage of customer lifts in proper way&read instruction before start use.</p><h3>Functional Knowledge</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of FMCG products handling.</li><li>Knowledge of Safety.</li><li>Knowledge of numeric calculation.</li><li>Ability to read write English.</li><li>Ability to heavy lifting.</li><li>Capable to attend food safety training&pass exam as per regulatory.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
