The role leads distribution strategy, manages key distribution partners and ensures execution of sales plans to achieve revenue, margin and market share objectives.What you’ll doChannel and Distribution Strategy:Develop and execute distribution strategy aligned with regional business goalsIdentify, appoint and develop new distribution partners across the middle eastDefine channel segmentation and coverage modelsImplement performance based partner programsRevenue and Growth Management:Deliver annual sales targetsBuild and execute country level sales plansMonitor sales pipeline and forecast accuracyPartner Development and Enablement:Conduct quarterly business reviews with key distributorsImplement training programs for distributor sales teamsSupport demand generation activities and joint marketing initiativesMarket Development:Analyze market trends, competition and pricing strategySupport project business through distributor networkStrenghten brand positioningCommercial & Operations Management:Negotiate annual agreements and commercial termsEnsure healthy inventory levels and working capital optimizationDrive compliance with company policies and credit managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering10+ years of minimum experience in power distribution and industrial controls businessMinimum 5 years managing distribution sales in the Middle EastSkillsStrategic thinking and execution capabilityStrong commercial acumenDistributor relationship managementLeadership skillsNegotiation expertiseData driven decision makingCultural adaptability across the Middle East region#LI-SA2Living and Working in DubaiDubai is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city known for its modern architecture, luxurious lifestyle, and rich cultural heritage.
