Company: SamaraJob Family: OperationsCity: KSA - KhobarDepartment: Not ApplicableClosing Date: 31-Jul-2026Job PurposeResponsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring drivers follow company policies, maintaining vehicle quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide quotations and participate in bids.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible to set/update Limo price list and updated in systems (ERP-TaxiCaller - SIXT Ride) or any other new programs.Negotiate prices with SuppliesResponsible for participating in bids and submitting quotationsLead, plan and coordinate trips efficiently to maximize productivity.Assign drivers to vehicles and trips based on availability and performance.Monitor drivers’ punctuality, behavior, and adherence to company policies.Address any driver complaints or issues and resolve conflicts.Provide Weekly and Monthly report of the transactions to the management/finance.Responsible for submitting invoices to the finance, open/close trips.Responsible to train new Joiners in progress and programs (ERP- TaxiCaller - SIXT Ride) or any other new programs.Ensure customer satisfaction along with company’s guidelines.Keep track of fuel consumption, mileage, and overall vehicle performance.Follow up with team to ensure service is provided completely.Order, manage all service-related items required to provide the services, including but not limited to welcoming papers, bottles of water and labels, tissues, wet wipes, and similar materials.Handle and manage devices and equipment used by drivers during trips, such as internet devices and related tools, ensuring availability and proper usage.Responsible for collecting cash payments from drivers for services rendered as cash, ensuring timely deposit into the company’s bank account, and submitting corresponding invoices and documentation to the finance department.QualificationBachelor or equivalent experience (Minimum 2 years in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role).Proficiency in English (spoken and written).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Proficiency in using scheduling or fleet management software.Proficiency in other required systems related to the role.Ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems quickly.Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and traffic regulations.Great Communication skills to divers customer and client levels.NoteResume/CV#J-18808-Ljbffr
