For more information, visit and follow TCS news Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and govern the Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) strategy across on prem, cloud, and hybrid environmentsDefine, maintain, and validate RTO/RPO for critical applications and infrastructurePlan, execute, and manage DR drills, failover/failback tests, and live recovery eventsConduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments to identify recovery gapsCoordinate with infrastructure, application, network, security, and business teams during DR eventsEnsure compliance with regulatory, audit, and governance requirements (especially BFSI)Manage DR documentation, runbooks, and recovery playbooksDrive continuous improvement through post incident reviews and lessons learnedManage third party DR vendors and cloud service providersReport DR readiness, risks, and KPIs to senior leadershipRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong knowledge of Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and IT Resilience frameworksExperience managing DR for critical banking / financial applications (preferred)Strong understanding of ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem Management)Ability to lead crisis situations and coordinate cross functional teamsThank you for your interest in applying for this position with TCS.
