Kroll’s Decision Intelligence team combines commercial insight, technical know-how and analytical problem-solving skills to support our clients’ transactions and broader strategic decisions.Day to day responsibilities:Building client relationships and acting as a direct contact with current and prospective clientsProviding insight and expertise on target industries, market and competitor informationManaging valuation and Decision Intelligence, including determining appropriate methodologyIdentifying and communicating potential engagements to managementSupervising and mentoring staff on analyses, reports, and presentationsDrive insight through data analyticsGain exposure to transactions buy and sell side, financial planning & analysis, Restructuring, strategic decision support and data analyticsEssential Traits:The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (ideally in a STEM subject) or relevant work experienceAn accounting or other financial professional qualificationDemonstrable experience in this fieldDemonstrated leadership experience including managing and developing client relationships and mentoring and developing staffStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skillsA passion for learning and evidence of self-directed learning on technical subjectsBroad sector experience desirable but Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewables and Financial Services a plusKnowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with Power BI, Alteryx, SQL Server and Python a plusIn order to be considered for a position, you must formally apply via careers.kroll.com.Kroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
