What do we expect from youMondrian Abu Dhabi will soon become a landmark in the heart of the city and we are seeking a visionary Director of Security to ensure the safety and security of our guests employees and property. This key leadership position requires a strong ability to lead a security team as well as a deep understanding of safety protocols emergency response strategies and best practices in luxury hospitality security. You will work closely with senior leadership contributing to the hotels overall operational excellence while maintaining Mondrians commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.How your day looks likeOversee and manage all hotel security operations ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests employees and visitors at all times.Develop and implement security policies and procedures ensuring they align with Mondrians brand standards and local regulations.Lead train and manage the security team to maintain the highest level of vigilance and professionalism.Establish and maintain emergency response plans ensuring readiness for any potential incidents emergencies or crises.Work with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure effective collaboration during any securityrelated incidents.Conduct risk assessments and threat analyses to proactively address vulnerabilities and prevent security breaches.Ensure that all security equipment including surveillance systems alarms and access control systems is regularly maintained and fully operational.Monitor security operations including guest and employee safety property surveillance and incident reports to ensure compliance with safety standards.Manage the security budget ensuring costeffective measures while maintaining high standards of security.Collaborate with the hotels leadership team to enhance guest experiences ensuring that safety measures do not disrupt or detract from the luxury hospitality experience.Stay current with the latest industry trends regulations and technologies to implement best practices in security.The Director of Security at Mondrian Abu Dhabi requires outstanding leadership deep technical knowledge and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
