Job Description

The job holder is responsible for leading the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of KSIADC’s Quality Management Framework by ensuring organizational adherence to the defined Corporate Business Processes, policies, and quality standards. The Director oversees the assessment of process compliance, identifies quality and operational risks, recommends corrective actions and improvement initiatives, and supports the organization in achieving operational excellence and sustainable performance.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and quality governanceLead the development and implementation of KSIADC’s Quality Management framework and strategy in alignment with Corporate Excellence and organizational objectives.Establish governance mechanisms to ensure consistent application of approved corporate business processes across the organization.Provide strategic oversight on organizational quality performance, compliance levels, and improvement opportunities.Advise senior management on matters related to quality management, operational risks, and process compliance.Process compliance and quality assuranceOversee the monitoring and evaluation of adherence to the approved Corporate Business Processes across all organizational units.Conduct periodic quality and process compliance assessments to ensure processes are implemented as designed.Identify deviations, inefficiencies, and non‑compliance issues and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.Establish mechanisms to track compliance levels and ensure continuous improvement in process implementation.Promote the adoption of best practices and international quality standards to enhance organizational performance.Budget managementOversee the preparation and management of the Quality Management departmental budget.Ensure effective utilization of resources to support quality programs and initiatives.Quality Performance, Reporting & Risk ManagementDevelop and monitor quality performance indicators and compliance metrics.Prepare periodic reports on process adherence, quality performance, risks, and improvement actions.Identify operational and quality risks related to process non‑adherence.Develop and recommend risk mitigation plans and improvement initiatives.Report key risks and recommend strategic interventions to senior management.Quality Program Implementation and MonitoringLead implementation of quality programs aligned with corporate excellence objectives.Monitor progress of initiatives against KPIs and performance targets.Conduct periodic evaluations of quality programs and recommend improvements.Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes, and policies.Processes, Procedures & StandardsEstablish and oversee Quality Management processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.Promote continuous improvement of systems, processes, and policies related to quality management.Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes in line with international standards and best practices.Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with departments to ensure effective implementation of quality standards and process compliance.Provide guidance and support to departments in improving quality management practices.Promote awareness and understanding of quality management principles and organizational standards.People ManagementLead and develop the Quality Management team to ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives.Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.EducationA Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management or equivalent is required.A Master’s Degree in Management or equivalent is preferred.Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, EFQM, or Six Sigma are considered an advantage.ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience in similar role or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
