In this pivotal role, you will work in our Non-Resident Indian (NRI) private banking division, developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals while driving business growth and ensuring exceptional client service.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic plans to expand the NRI private banking client base in the UAE and globallyManage and nurture relationships with HNWIs and UHNWIs, providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional serviceLead a team of relationship managers, ensuring they meet business targets and maintain high standards of client satisfactionIdentify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within the group, promoting collaboration across different departments and global officesAnalyze market trends and client needs to develop innovative financial products and services for the NRI segmentEnsure compliance with local and international banking regulations, particularly those pertaining to NRI bankingConduct regular portfolio reviews and risk assessments for clients, recommending appropriate investment strategiesOrganize and participate in high-level client meetings, events, and networking opportunities to foster business growthCollaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall client experienceStay informed about geopolitical and economic developments affecting the NRI segment and adjust strategies accordinglyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance from a reputable university; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in private banking, with at least 5 years specifically in NRI bankingProven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of HNWI and UHNWI clientsIn-depth knowledge of NRI banking regulations, financial products, and wealth management strategiesStrong understanding of the UAE financial market and international banking lawsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisive and sound financial decisionsOutstanding relationship management and business development abilitiesExceptional communication and negotiation skills in EnglishDemonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of banking professionalsProficiency in using financial modeling tools and customer relationship management (CRM) softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditionsWillingness to travel internationally as required for client meetings and business developmentSeniority LevelNot ApplicableEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionFinance and SalesIndustryBanking#J-18808-Ljbffr
